Abstract
Donny Pia is one of the industries that produce wet pia in Jember, amidst the rise of competitors in the food industry or something similar requiring Donny Pia to produce good wet pia in maintaining relience of consumer to wet pia, in maintaining stability of wet pia and as weapon against the competitors. Wet pia which is produced by Donny often found defect in product like enequal size, burnt, wet pia wholeness, Therefore it is necessary to control the quality of wet pia of Donny Pia products that can be analyzed or identified by using statistical tools in the SPC (Statistical Process Control) metthode including control charts, pareto diagrams and cause and effect diagrams. This study aims to find out how the application of wet pia product quality control Donny pia and the factors causes of product defects for corrective action. The results of the analysis show that the quality of wet pia is not controlled statistically because there is variable that have point beyond their control limits but overall the company is optimal in seeking quality control to meet consumer speifications. The highest Disability of produk is on the wholeness variable. For the factors that cause the problem, namely the disability in wet pia comes from human factor and condition or machine that's used.
