Abstract

Kimia Farma Jember Primary Clinic is one of the primary clinics located in Jember Regency. Based on the results of the preliminary study, the delivery of health information at the Pratama Kimia Farma Jember Clinic is still manually by using posters or pamphlets affixed to the walls. The delivery of health information has not been maximized, because the clinic does not have its own information system so that information cannot be accessed by everyone and can only be seen by visitors who come to the clinic. In addition, the online consultation process at the clinic still uses the Whatsapp application which makes it difficult for doctors and registration officers, so needed a system to make services and delivery of health information easier. The purpose of this research is to design and create an android based virtual care system in Kimia Farma Jember Primary Clinic. This type of research is research and development with the system development method used is waterfall method. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this research are an android-based virtual care system in Kimia Farma Jember Primary Clinic with a clinic profile menu, service menu, activity menu, health article menu, gallery menu, information menu, FAQ menu, practice schedule menu, question and answer menu, consultation menu. online, and menu of criticism and suggestions.
