Abstract

The data framework is one of the important variables for an organization. In supporting the functional implementation. This kind of exercise is a business exercise that has recently been done physically and is being replaced by PCs. The use of PCs in private companies is also starting to grow, considering the clinical field. This PC is expected to be able to transmit data quickly, precisely, and proficiently. Until now, Apotek Cendana Raya does not yet have an appropriate drug framework to improve the presentation of drug stock information at distribution centers. Drugstores actually use a customary system, where representatives must record the number of drugs sold and the number of drugs purchased for each drug. This was a problem for the apothecary because the schedules of the guards who made requests and the people who got the goods were often wrong. Similarly, misinformation often occurs due to improper recording of transactions by drug specialists. Information management with a manual framework has several obstacles, considering the causes of errors in checking drug stocks, repetition of open information, and inaccurate recording of close and active drug stocks, resulting in blunders in drug recording. This causes the work cycle to be ineffective and wasteful.
