Abstract

Electronic medical record is an activity of recording identity, examination, treatment, actions, medical data, demographics and every service provided to patients carried out by electronic methods. Based on observations made by researchers, information was obtained that there are desktop-based electronic medical records that still have some obstacles and there is an increase in outpatient visits from January 2022 to June 2022, this results in long patient service times. The purpose of this study is to design and create a Web-Based Outpatient Electronic Medical Record System at Bhakti Husada Krikilan Banyuwangi Hospital. The type of research used is Research and Development with the prototype method. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, documentation and brainstorming. The result of this study is a Web-Based Outpatient Electronic Medical Record System that can assist in patient health service activities at Bhakti Husada Krikilan Banyuwangi Hospital. In this system, there is a master data menu consisting of officer data, doctors, patients, clinics, diagnoses, actions and prescriptions, a transaction data menu consisting of a user data entry menu, clinics schedule entry and an output patient medical record menu consisting of a visit report menu, patient medical record report and RL 4b report.
