Abstract

The largest percentage of nutritional problems in the work area of the Sumbersari Health Center is in the Tegal Gede Village, which is 18.73%, with this problem it is necessary to process, present and analyze and utilize data in the nutrition program section quickly, precisely and accurately. The process of recording reports that were carried out at the Sumbersari Health Center, Jember Regency and at Posyandu Catelya 73, Tegal Gede Village, was still done manually, namely 3 times the data recording process using Microsoft Excel so that it became a nutritional status report that would be sent to the Jember district health office, resulting in delays in delivery. data to the health department. This study aims to create a web-based application for reporting the nutritional status of toddlers at the Sumbersari Health Center, Jember Regency. This study uses the waterfall method as a method of making the system which consists of the stages of identification, analysis, coding, system testing and implementation. The method of collection is by interview and observation. The result of this research is a web-based application for reporting and monitoring the nutritional status of children under five with superior ability to categorize the nutritional status of children under five by region. This application is expected to facilitate officers in reporting the nutritional status of children under five.
