Abstract

In line with the Bondowoso Regency human resource development program in 2021, the Bondowoso Community is expected to be able to increase productivity in all areas of development, including agriculture. Especially shallot farmers in Bondowoso Regency are expected to be able to improve the quality and quantity of shallot production by implementing SOP that have been socialized by field assistants. The purpose of this study was to analyze the internal and external factors of farmers on the productivity of shallots through the implementation of Standard Operating Peocedures (SOP) for shallot cultivation as an intervening variable in Bondowoso Regency.This tipe of research is descriptive quantitative, with data collection methods using primary and secondary data. The research technique uses path analysis (Path Analysis) using SPSS. 22.0. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant relationship between internal factors (Age/Age, Formal Education, Non-Formal Education, Experience in onion farming, Cosmopolitan), external factors (Intensity of Extension, Role of Assistance, Availability of Facilities and Infrastructure), implementation of SOP for onion cultivation with the productivity of onion farmers. Internal factors significantly influence the SOP for shallot cultivation with a path coefficient of 0.450, external factors significantly influence the SOP for shallot cultivation with a path coefficient of 0.430. Internal factors significantly influence the productivity of shallots with a path coefficient of 0.402, there is a significant influence between external factors and the productivity of shallots with a path coefficient of 0.370. The SOP for shallot cultivation has a significant effect on the productivity of shallots with a path coefficient of 1.149. Keywords : Internal Factors, External Factors, SOP and Productivity
