Abstract
Inpatient Clinic dr. Suherman is a clinic that has plenary accreditation and has implemented a Clinical Management Information System which is commonly referred to as "E-Clinic". One of the methods used to evaluate software is to use the PIECES method. The PIECES method is an analytical method as a basis for obtaining more specific issues. This study measures the quality of the Inpatient Clinic Management Information System, dr. M. Suherman in the outpatient department using the PIECES method. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. Test the validity and reliability using SPSS 22. The results of this study indicate that the measurement of the quality of the information technology department web is carried out using the PIECES method, namely performance characteristics consisting of 8 (eight) questions with a percentage result of 59.75% and is included in the "Good enough" category. Characteristics of Information and Data consists of 7 (seven) questions with a percentage result of 61.52% and is included in the "Good" category. Economic Characteristics consists of 3 (three) questions with a percentage result of 54.89% and is included in the "Good Enough" category. Control and Security characteristics consist of 5 (five) questions with a percentage of 64% and are included in the "Good" category. Efficiency Characteristics consists of 3 (three) questions with a percentage result of 62.89% and is included in the "Good" category. The last characteristic is Service with a percentage of 65% and is included in the "Good" category. From these data, the overall results are obtained with a percentage of 61.34% so that it can be declared to have a system quality whose interpretation is "Good". Recommendations are obtained from the lowest percentage of each characteristic item.
