Abstract

PT Candi Loka, Ngawi Regency is a company engaged in the food and beverages (F&B) sector, namely processing original tea from its own plantation which is then processed into various kinds of processed tea products with marketing reach throughout Indonesia and located in Girikerto Village, Sine District, Regency Ngawi. This study aims to measure the level of green tea productivity in the production section using the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method. This research was conducted using the OMAX method approach and measuring the performance of the evaluation of the worst performance ratio with the Traffic Light System. The results of this study indicate that the productivity of green tea which has the highest index in December 2020 is 164%, while the lowest productivity index is green tea in February 2021 (-61%). Based on the results of the evaluation using the Traffic Light System method, it was found that the ratio that was at the "CRITICAL" level was the ratio of achieving superior products but for the raw material productivity ratio, it was necessary to improve because it was at the "CRITICAL" level. Improvements can be made using the Traffic Light System by improving the performance ratio which has a score below the standard and is red and to find out the root causes, causes and the correct repair is done using a tree diagram.
