Abstract
The food and beverage company is one of the business sectors that continues to experience growth. Along with the increasing population growth in Indonesia, the volume of demand for food and beverages continues to increase as well. This research is an exploratory descriptive research that aims to describe something by describing, take notes, analyzing, and interpreting the conditions of the macarina-making process contained in the CV. Macarindo Berkah Group. The method used in this study is an expert system method, namely the research is carried out using an analytical method for the structure of a problem and making decisions on an alternative by interviewing several experts and practitioners according to their fields. The result of this research is a draft Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that can be used by the company so that it can be used as a guide or guidelines in carrying out the production process.
