Abstract

Rice Is a Food Crop That Is Needed By The People Of Indonesia. The Demand For Rice Commodities Always Increases Every Year, But Rice Production In Indonesia Is Sometimes Still Lacking. One Of The Problems In Rice Cultivation Is Determining The Right Age While In The Nursery And Using The Right High Yielding Varieties. Therefore, To Increase Rice Production, It Is Necessary To Apply Different Age Of Seedlings And Use Of Superior Varieties In The Rice Cultivation Process. This Research Was Conducted By Applying Different Seedlings To Two Varieties, Namely Inpari 32 And Inpari 33. This Research Was Conducted From March 2020 To July 2020 At Dewi Sri Seed Garden, Pancoran Village, Bondowoso District, Bondowoso Regency. The Design Was Compiled Using a Factorial Randomized Block Design (Rbd) In Which Each Treatment Was Repeated 4 Times. The Treatment Factors In This Study Were The Age Of The Seedlings With a Level Of 7, 14, 21 Days, As Well As Inpari 32 And Inpari 33 Varieties. The Results Showed That The Seedling Age Treatment Gave a Significant Effect To The Growth Of Rice Plants In The Vegetative Phase With The Best Average Number Of Tillers 34,42 At The Age Of 7 Days Of Seedlings. Meanwhile, The Treatment Of Varieties Showed a Significant Effect To The Weight Of Rice Grain With Inpari 32 Production Of 4.9 Ton/Ha And Inpari 33 Production Of 5.9 Ton/Ha.
