Abstract

Nutritional care is a means in an effort to meet nutrient patient. Inpatient nutrition services also called Medical Nutrition Therapy. Nutritional care in Soedono Madiun AGRIP implemented by Sub-Section (Inpatient Care Nutrition). Treated patients attempted to obtain proper medical nutrition therapy both in terms of diet planning, monitoring and evaluation so as to be able to do follow-up. In conducting the medical nutrition therapy application writers are given the opportunity to perform medical nutrition therapy in patients diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) STG V. Based on the given nutritional therapy can be seen that, after examination of the nutritional status of the patient's still less than the normally limited (malnutrition), obtained from the calculation of BBI and BMI patients. Energy requirement is 2158,16 kkal, 32,372 grams protein, fat 47,959 grams, 399,259 grams of carbohydrates. Monitoring and evaluation of the patient to eat less food and food intake is still in the category of less is < 80% requirement. High BUN and Creatinin, low hemoglobin, high GDS, patient adherence to diet and consultation given, in terms of understanding the patient's knowledge and understanding given diets and foods are recommended and not recommended. Implementation of hospital food is a series of activities ranging from groceries to planning food distribution to patients in order to achieve optimal health status through the provision of a proper diet. Implementation of activities in the implementation of food Nutrition Soedono Madiun Installation is system semi Out Sourching. Food Distribution system used dr. Soedono hospital Madiun decentralized system that is after the food is served in the kitchen and then brought to the pantry.
