Abstract

The determination of the location of industrial apprenticeship done intentionally (purposive) which is located in PT. Djarum which was in the district of Kudus province of Central Java. The implementation of industrial apprenticeship was held on March 3 to May 31, 2014. The industrial apprenticeship implementation was conducted at Hand Cigarettes Kretek Brak (SKT) Terban, where the method used is to use observation and interviews with some people who are considered competent in the field of quality management, field inspection especially in the sorting of cigarette sticks in brak SKT Terban. The results of The industrial apprenticeship among others: (a) In the implementation of quality in the production process has been adapted to the standard Work Instruction (WI) are given but is still an employee who does not comply with a given standard. (b) The process of sorting cigarettes sticks per area around milled and batil has been done correctly.
