Abstract

Public Health Center is a functional health organization that is central to the development of public health that also foster community participation and provide comprehensive and integrated services to the community in the area in the form of its main activities . Public Health Center is known one of them is Jember Kidul . Community Health Center of South Jember is a functional health development community health centers also foster community participation and provide comprehensive and integrated services to the community in the area Sumbersari . With the development of science and technology is growing fast and pesat.Berdasarkan information we can from Jember Health Center South. Jember Health Center Kidul is still classified as manual , so in every pengcatatan n data collection using paper . Therefore we need a touch of this technology in terms of management information systems development community health centers . Application of management information systems using a web -based system which is one of the alternatives right choice if management wants a resource that can produce according to the desired output
