Abstract

Teacher performance assessment is very important in the world of education. With this assessment, teachers are expected to be more motivated in educating, teaching, directing and evaluating students. MTs Al-Azhar Jember is one of the schools in Jember, where the performance appraisal process for each of the teachers is carried out each period ie at the end of each semester (odd-even). The teacher performance appraisal process carried out includes instruments of teacher performance appraisal and teacher appraisal from students. The method used is Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) and Weighted Product (WP) can assist in making decisions to determine teacher performance assessments. Teacher performance assessment conducted at MTs Al-Azhar can be said to be still inefficient because it is still done manually so it takes a long time for the head of the madrasa to determine the best teacher performance. It is expected that the teacher performance appraisal information system can determine the best teacher performance.
