Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the risks arising in the supply chain of UD Sejati Sale Pisang, located in Srono Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency, and to develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of these risks. UD Sejati Sale Pisang is an agro-industrial company that processes bananas and faces various uncertainties throughout its supply chain. The methodology applied in this study is the House of Risk (HOR) framework, which consists of House of Risk Phase 1 to identify and prioritize risks, and House of Risk Phase 2 to design risk mitigation strategies. The results of the study indicate the presence of 13 risk events and 12 risk agents that have the potential to disrupt the smooth operation of the supply chain. The highest-priority risk factors are inadequate quality control, inconsistent raw material quality from suppliers, and weather fluctuations. Recommended mitigation strategies include conducting product quality inspections through sampling prior to packaging and marketing, enhancing quality control at every stage of production and packaging, and improving compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP) through routine monitoring. This study is expected to support the improvement of supply chain risk management effectiveness.
