Abstract

The increasing development of coffee consumption in Indonesia is driving the growth of cafe businesses, including in Jember Regency, so that competition between business actors is getting tighter and demands every business to be able to create consumer satisfaction through product quality, service quality, the right location. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on the Influence of Product Quality, Service Quality, Location on Consumer Satisfaction at Omah Kopi in Patrang District, Jember Regency. The objectives of this study are (1) To analyze and test the influence of product quality, service quality, location simultaneously on consumer satisfaction at Omah Kopi. (2) To test and analyze the influence of product quality, service quality, location partially on consumer satisfaction at Omah Kopi. (3) To analyze and test the variables of product quality, service quality, location that have a dominant influence on consumer satisfaction at Omah Kopi. The research method used is a survey. The research population is Omah Kopi consumers with a sample of 40 respondents. The test results show that (1) Simultaneous regression testing obtained the results of the variables Product Quality, Service Quality, Location simultaneously have a significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction. (2) Partial regression testing shows that the variables Product Quality, Service Quality, and Location have a significant partial influence on Consumer Satisfaction. (3) The Service Quality variable is the most dominant variable.
