Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach based on empirical data and an explanatory approach that explains the causal relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study consisted of students of Politeknik Negeri Jember who use Shopee, with a total sample of 55 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents and were supported by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results of the study indicate that the variables of price (X1), social media (X2), and service quality (X3) partially influence consumer satisfaction (Y). In addition, the variables of price (X1), social media (X2), and service quality (X3) simultaneously influence consumer satisfaction (Y) among Shopee users among students of Politeknik Negeri Jember, with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05.
