Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of E-Government in public services at the Jember Regency Public Service Mal. E-Government is the administration of government by utilizing information technology to facilitate communication between the government and the community and can increase government responsibility to the community. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research with main source of data collection is primary data. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of E-Government at the Jember Regency Public Service Mal has a real impact on the community so that it can support in realizing good governance. However, further outreach to the public is still needed so that these E-Government-based services can be utilized optimally so that public services can run optimally.
