Abstract
PT. PG Rajawali 1 Unit PG. Baru Krebet Bululawang Malang is an BUMN engaged in agroindustrial main product is sugar "Raja Gula" and drink sugar cane juice "Sari Raja ". To obtain the raw material cane PT. PG Rajawali 1 Unit PG. Baru Krebet Bululawang Malang cooperate with farmers' groups and retrieval cane from the outside as well as the activities of their own culture. For pre-harvest management activities are conducted in PT. PG Rajawali 1 Unit PG. Krebet Baru Bululawang Malang maliputi activities Assessed production which aims to determine the amount of production of sugarcane produced on assessment conducted in December and March each 50 ha of sugarcane land taken one sample at leng to-1, 15, 30, and 45, the analysis of maturity aiming for determine the level of maturity of the cane on one plot, said to be ripe when brix sugar cane stalks on ≥15 (cook early) ≥17 (slow cooking) by using a hand refractometer, logging and transport is the final activity of the cultivation of sugar cane for one season. While the management of postharvest an activity intake of sugar cane into the mill, trucks cane will pass through some of the post of the goal to determine the appropriateness of the cane went into the mill, the process of this activity will be monitored and controlled by PLPG (Officers Field Sugar Factory) and QC (Quality Control)
