Abstract
Location determination of Field Work Practice (PKL) activities is done in PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk located in Sukoharjo, Solo, Central Java. PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk is an integrated textile garment company. This event is held from May 2, 2016 until June 28, 2016 with a total of approximately 512 hours of work hours. Implementation of the internship is done at the HR & GA PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk, which aims to determine a series of recruitment process of employees at PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk. Rekrtumen process flowchart for the start of training employees then flowchart training employees to contract employees.
