Abstract

Rice is the vegetable food produced from rice plants. Ordinary rice is used mainly for processed into rice. Rice processing into flour in industrial scale can not be separated from sanitary aspects which include sanitation of raw materials to final product and everything to do with the production process that can lead to contamination of products such as sanitary equipment, sanitation workers and sanitary buildings. Implementation of good sanitation in the food industry do to produce products that are safe and healthy and can improve the quality of products produced. The purpose of this Field Work Practice was to determine the application of sanitary industrial production processes rice flour Gasol Organic Farming in Cianjur, West Java. The method used in Field Work Practice activities are descriptive method, that an investigation was held to get the facts and phenomena that exist and seek factual particulars. Results of Field Work Practice these activities provide information on the application of sanitary industry in the process of production of rice flour Gasol Organic Agriculture includes sanitary water sources, sanitation buildings, sanitary machinery and equipment, employee sanitation and sanitary production processes. Application of Organic Agriculture sanitation Gasol has been running well and in accordance with the sanitary standards.
