Abstract
A youth is a productive person having optimistic, advanced thought and intellectual. A youth totally influences on the directness of a nation. The young rule in the society can be upgraded by holding the a club for all the youths in order to make them more socialized in their area. this research takes place in tourism organic village Lombok Kulon Wonosari subdistrict in Bondowoso regency. The veriables used are education level (X1), experience (X2), leisure (X3), motivation (X4), opportunity (X5) and youth rule (Y). The aim of this research is to analyze the influencing free variables all together, partially and decide the dominant variables influence in youth rule in developing tourism organic village Lombok Kulon Wonosari subdistrict in Bondowoso regency. The analysis technique used in this research is double linear regression included determination coefficient, F test and t test. The result of this research shows that: 1) the variables of education level, experience, leisure, motivation and opportunity all together influence significantly on the youth rule, 2) the variables of education level and experience partially do not influence in the youth rule, 3) the variables of leisure, motivation and opportunity partially influence significant on the youth rule, 4) the most dominant variable influencing the youth rule in developing tourism organic village Lombok Kulon is motivation.
