Abstract
Determining the location of industry internship is done by the study program MID namely CV. Arjuna Flora is located in Malang, East Java Province. Implementation of industry internship was conducted on 01Maret -25 May of 2015. Implementation of job training that the industry uses the method of observation and interviews with some people who are considered competent in the field of production, followed the practice of direct labor in the production process Hydrangea cut flower crops which include: (a) Books about Hydrangea cut flower. (b) Conducting interviews directly to the owner of production house. Keywords: Hydrangea cut flower production process
