Abstract

This report presents all of the writer activities while conducting internship program at Winda’s English Course for 512 hours. The writer chose Winda’s English Course because it is one of the great English courses in Jember and it is suitable place to apply and improve the writer skill and expertise. Besides, it related with subjects of English for Special Purpose especially Course Management. During conducting internship program, the writer was placed in two divisions, those were teaching and front office division. However, this report focuses in teaching activity that the writer did. The writer had chance to teach and handle Basic Level student. One of the problems that appeared in teaching learning process was the class management. The writer solved the problem by providing pleasant atmosphere. Moreover, doing internship program made the writer experienced facing real work and learning new experience and expertise especially teaching and handling student.
