Abstract

Activity Field Work Practice (AFWP) held in PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk located at JL. KH. Samanhudi No. 88 Jetis Sukoharjo, Central Java. The timing of Industry Internship activities conducted on May 2-June 28, 2016 . The Title of AFWP discussed was about the legality and Exit Permit Only (EPO) Foreign Workers at PT.. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk where the method used is the method of observation and interviews to several people who are experts in process and EPO legality of foreign labor. Internship Industrial activity results of the titles that have been taken is to understand the requirements and constraints of what is required in the maintenance of legality and Exit Permit Only (EPO) foreign workers in the company. The necessary requirements are passports, RPTKA, IMTA, VITAS, KITAS, Letter of Domicile, NPWP and STMD. The usually problems is : a) an application is not complete and delay maintenance, b) Application of the Less Speak Indonesia.
