Abstract

Practical Work was taken place in Agrobisnis Tarutama Nusantara (KOPA TTN) Cooperative in Jember Regency. The aims were to explain process of location determining and production field requirements of tobacco (TBN Cigar Besuki Na�Oogst H382 Variety) in KOPA TTN. Steps of determining location and production field requirement consists of plant location, water source, drainage, field fertility, field healthiness, environmental health, infrastructure, human resources appropriated with the growth requirements of Tobacco (TBN Cigar Besuki Na-Oogst H382 Variety), Then it is continued with the steps of location submitting involving some organization structure where sub man submitted rented location to Research and Development Department. After field checking conducted by them, the result is given to production manager. They evaluate the checking result from Research and Development Department and report to production director to determine whether field renting decision can be continued or not.
