Abstract

Location Field Work Practice (PKL) is housed in the PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII Kalisat Gardens - Jampit Bondowoso held on 1 March to 21 May 2016. The implementation of street vendors in PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII Kalisat Gardens - Jampit Bondowoso done in some places, the garden Kalisat Jampit, labotarium biological, quality control laboratories, macadamia processing, processing of arabica coffee, and luwak coffee processing. PKL discussed the report title is Macadamia Processing, where the method used is to use observation and interviews with some people who are considered competent in the field of Macadamia Processing. The results of these street vendors, among others: (1) to determine the processing of Macadamia in PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII Gardens Kalisat-Jampit Bondowoso., Namely: Acceptance of Raw Materials (receiving), The process of stripping the skin of fruit macadamia, drying process FSD (full sun drying), The process of stripping the skin shells (small and large), The process of sorting, aims to separating the shell skin and macadamia seed, and packaging process in a paper zack (packing).
