Abstract

Cigarette Company Gagak Hitam Bondowoso is a cigarette company whose main activity is the production of ciggarette from tobacco selection. The purpose of this study to analyze and test the influence of the independent variables simultaneously, partially and the most dominant influence on employee performance. This study took a sample of 154 people from 250 employees part SKT Cigarette Company Gagak Hitam Bondowoso. The sampling technique using random sampling techniques. Data were analyzed with SPSS version 17.0 with statistical linear regression model. Prior to analysis, to test the validity and reliability, F test and t test. The results showed that the F test regression testing can be concluded that all the independent variables significantly influence employee performance in Cigarette Company Gagak Hitam Bondowoso. t test regression testing can be concluded that the independent variable is the variable safety have a significant effect on employee performance in Cigarette Company Gagak Hitam Bondowoso and the variable health don’t have a significant effect on empoyee performance in Cigarette Company Gagak Hitam Bondowoso. The most dominant variable in influencing employee performance in Cigarette Company Gagak Hitam Bondowoso Jember is variable safety
