Abstract

This activity aims to determine the milk production process Ultra Milk Full Cream in the department of UHT (Ultra High Temperature), identify the problems that occurred during the endurance test does pile on the product key method Ultra Milk Full Cream 1000ml, and knowing the leak test on the Tetra Pak packaging. Observations were conducted on March 8, 2016 to June 8, 2016 that knows the production process Ultra Milk Full Cream ranging from cooking processes, Process UHT (Ultra High Temperature), Filling, Packing and Robot, and to investigate the various issues involved, then do grouping the results of the problems that continued analysis using fishbone diagram. Results of the diagram Fishbone show that there are problems for doing an endurance test pile with 3 (three) variants of time consisting of piles is less good, less concentration, coating box easily torn and bulging, the shape of the box is not perfect, too many gaps in the pattern used, and the condition of the room humid. After the endurance test, pack in a state rusakdianalisa with leak test, the results of the analysis can be concluded that the layers of packaging Tetra Pak products Ultra Milk Full Cream 1000ml 100% in good condition and safe as a result of the leak test there is no pack leaking on the layer Tetra Pak packaging
