Abstract

Field Work Practice is one of the programs listed in the curriculum Polytechnic of Jember as one of the graduation requirements for students. PT. Madusari Nusaperdana Boyolali which is a company engaged in the food industry. PT. Madusari Nusaperdana Boyolali produce ready to eat sausages and sausage dishes. Labor plays an important role in the company and is a decisive factor in carrying out the production of the production process. In performing their duties, workers often get a safety or health threats so that each company is expected to pay attention to work safety and health of employees so that workers have the maximum performance. work expected to be realized nutritional health and well-being of the human factor in a production process and also maintained the ability to work and productivity of its work at its optimal level even when it might be improved.
