Abstract

Determination of the location of this research is done intentionally (purposive) that is in PT.Maya Muncar Sampangan at Dukuh street, Kedungrejo village, Muncar District of Banyuwangi. This study had three main objectives. First, analyze and test the influence of occupational safety and health simultaneously on the productivity of employees at PT. Maya Muncar Banyuwangi. Secondly, to analyze and examine the effect of occupational safety and health partially on the productivity of employees at PT. Maya Muncar Banyuwangi. Third, analyze and test the safety variable most dominant influence on the productivity of employees at PT. Maya Muncar Banyuwangi. The results of this study are.
