Abstract

Taking place at the location of this Thesis in PT. GMIT Kaliwates Jember. The purpose of this study was to determine the variable Job Environment and Job Motivation on employe performance PT. GMIT Kaliwates Jember together or partially. Knowing the variables that significantly influence employee performance in PT. GMIT Kaliwates Jember. Analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression with SPSS 22. From the test results can be concluded that: (1) Together we concluded that the variable Job Environment and Job Motivation significant effect on Employee Performance at PT GMIT Kaliwates Jember. (2) Partially Job Environment variables significantly influence employee performance in PT. GMIT Kaliwates Jember and Job motivation variables significantly influence employee performance in PT. GMIT Kaliwates Jember.
