Abstract

Making an English Newscast Tutorial Video for UKM E-Club Politeknik Negeri Jember is my Final Project which it dedicates for the members of Newscast Class in UKM E-Club, Politeknik Negeri Jember. This project is about Newscast Tutorial Video that it was recommended media in learning English. The fact in UKM E-Club Politeknik Negeri Jember showed that the members of newscast class do not have Tutorial Video. From the interview, it showed that the members of newscast class were difficult to understand about the material because the material of newscast video from native speaker. The trainer needs Newscast tutorial video from non-native speaker using English to help them in learning process. This tutorial video divides into opening, content and closing. In process of making script, it needs serious concentration to understand the content of news because it was in form of highlight video. The product utilizes the sound to explain tutorial video. It used Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 and Adobe After Effect CS6 in editing process.
