Abstract
Taking the location of this research located at Black Crow Company Bondowoso, which produce hand-rolled cigarette cigarette (SKT) especially. This study was conducted with the aim to evaluate the decrease in productivity that is by measuring the value of productivity based on 3 criteria that is the effectiveness, efficiency and quality criteria. Which is then used as an improvement material productivity in the future. The method used is Objective Matrix (OMAX), with steps: criteria, ratio calculation, matrix value calculation, goal setting, weighting ratio, and matrix formation. There are 5 ratios used in this research that is labor ratio, idle time machine, product defect, lost working hours or absenteeism, and raw material. The highest productivity value is in 2015 of 761, this is because the productivity index value has the highest value of 419. While the lowest productivity value is in 2011 amounted to 26, this is because the value of productivity index has a low value of -274. Ratio 1 and 5 ratios are in "CRITICAL" conditions. It needs to be improved on the ratio by the company, so that the ratio can be in maximum results.
