Abstract

The aim of the research to determine the effect of immersion fruit skin of banana as tanners on the durable power eggs ras. The method of this research used was experimental method using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with five treatment and four replication, such as P1 (3 days), p2 (6 days), p3 (9 days), p4 (12 days), and p5 (15 days). The parameters of this research are egg weight, airspaces, index of yolk, egg albumin index, and haugh units. Outcome data were analyzed using ANOVA (Analysis of Variants). Result showed that soaking the fruit skin of banana very significant (p<0,01)towards to egg weight and airspace parameters, and not significant (p >0,05) to index of yolk, egg albumin index and haugh unit.
