Abstract
This study aims to identify factors that affect productivity level of laying ducks include the scale of business, length of work experience and education level. This study is a descriptive study, using survey method than conducted in Yosowilangun District Lumajang involuing 30 responden as reprsentative of duck farmers, Parameter of this Research showed that the variables of business scale give an impact on the productivity of laying ducks long work experience and education level did not affect the productivity of laying ducks. The influence of business scale , length of work experience and education level impact to productivity of laying ducks is about 23 percent.
