Abstract
The hospital manager think that the attitude of patient is really important toward services evaluation in hospital. Because with the attitude, we will know whether those patient like or dislike with the services that given by hospital. In Srikandi IBI Jember hospital, patient registration worker that work in each time is just one worker. Meanwhile, the worker that work in this area also have the task to find out medical record document in filling room, medical record distributor, doing manual and computerized registration and also as cashier. That being the background of researcher to research about the attitude of patient to evaluate services in Srikandi IBI Jember Hospital.The aim of this paper was to know the attitude of patient toward the services in Srikandi IBI Jember Hospital by using Multiatribut Fishbein model. The amount of sample in this research was 90 patients. The result of this research showed that all of the patient attitude toward the services in Srikandi IBI Jember Hospital is 325,06. It means all of the services in Srikandi IBI Jember Hospital already fixed with the patient expectation or the patient have a positive attitude (having a good willing to curing in Srikandi IBI Jember Hospital).
