Abstract
Clinic is a means of organizing health care facilities that provide personal health services and basic medical services and hosted by specialist health professionals and led by medical personnel. The purpose of this study is to design and analyze the flow of patient care at the Outpatient Clinic Inpatient dr. M. Suherman using focus group method used Discussion.Jenis research is deskriptif.proses research data collection sheet used is Observasi.Hasil interviews and research shows that ambulatory service flow has not met the clinical procedure. hospitalization due to new clinic established in 2009 and is still under the auspices of the University of Muhammadiyah Jember
