Abstract

Nissan Jember is a car manufacturer located at street Hayam Wuruk Number 181-183, Mangli Village, Kaliwates District, Jember. Nissan Jember company sells products in the form of cars, spare parts sales and car service. This writing discusses the making of an application that can be used by Nissan Jember in accessing information about customer data collection and activity data in repairing the customer's car. This application was created with the aim of presenting information about services at Nissan Jember, making it easier for administrators to collect data and improve mechanics in conveying customer car information that is being repaired. The making of this application uses the Framework CodeIgniter as a web application network and utilizes Hosting as a place to store data on the internet and implement applications on the website. The research method used is the waterfall method by performing several stages. Examples include requirements analysis, system design, implementation, system testing and maintenance. Application testing is done using Black Box Testing. So it was concluded that this application facilitates and assists users in making data collection and presenting information about Nissan Jember customers.
