Abstract
The provision of the medical record files for more than 10 minutes increases the patient's waiting time and reduce the impact on patient's satisfaction with the services provided. The delay in the provision of medical record files due to the performance of the filing officer discrepancy in the manage medical record file in the filing room of Waluyo Jati Kraksaan's Hospital. The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of filing officer in providing and tidied up medical record files in the filing room. This type of research is a qualitative research approach to the interview, observation, and documentation. The method in this research using the method of brainstorming for search solutions of each subvariables that causes a nonconformities filing officer performance and to determine the main factors discrepancy filing room attendant performance. Data analysis techniques used in this research is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this research indicate that the resource sub-variables that have not been fulfilled lead to performance mismatches from filing officers at Waluyo Jati Hospital. The incompatibility of resource sub-variables consists of education of filing officers who are not yet in accordance with the standards, lack of filing shelf, tracer has not been applied to the filing room, and SIRS that do not have enough features.
