Abstract

SOP (Standard Operating System) use to minimize errors that will occur. By existence of documented SOP at Goatzilla Farm, the activities might be efficient according to standard. This research aims to analyze the problem and it solve at Goatzilla Farm. This research was conducted at Goatzilla Farm ( Dairy Etawa breed goat producers and storage of milk from other farmers to be processed into various types of dairy products) at B29 Raya Street 29, Kandangtepus, Senduro, Lumajang Regency, East Java. This research was use expert system method (by conducting interviews with several experts) and sampling by purposive sampling technique (the technique of determining the sample of a data with certain considerations). The result of this research are design of SOP of pre-milking, SOP of milking, SOP of fresh milk shelter, SOP of fresh milk handling, SOP of pasteurization process, SOP of pasteurization milk production , SOP of yogurt production, SOP of additional ingredients for drink yogurt and yolin ice, SOP of drinks yogurt production and SOP of yolin ice production.
