Abstract

Agricultural Production Department in State Polytechnic of Jember is one of the institutions that utilized e-learning as a learning media. E-learning is used for increasing the student understanding of the material that had been providing. One of the ways that support the implementation of learning based on e-learning in the Agricultural Production Department is making improvements to the system. It can be measured to evaluate the level of progress and the benefit of using e-learning. The method used in this research is Servqual method. In addition, measurement or evaluation the system will be developed by checking data validation that used for making an assessment of using e-learning.
