Abstract

Implementation of medical record is a factor that determine good or bad service at hospital. RSIA Srikandi IBI Jember is required giving quality service to patient, according to what the patient wants, of course must be accordance with existing standard. Then, need to do an analysis for strategic plan, in determining the policy. The purpose of this research is determine the policy strategy at medical record unit work RSIA Srikandi IBI Jember in order to improve the quality of medical record unit work service that comply with standard. One of the analytical tools that can be used is the SWOT analysis. The result of this research is the value of the Strength factor is 3,5, the value of the Weakness factor is 1,08, the value of an Opportunity factor is 3,75 and the value of the Treath factor is 1,125 indicate that the position of medical record unit work RSIA Srikandi IBI Jember is in quadran 1. Thus, the strategy is a strategy that prioritized SO (StrengthOpportunity).
