Abstract
The lateness instructions of claim verification techniques of Social Insurance Administration Organization (Ind: BPJS), the lateness of claim is on the 10th of the next months. The lateness of BPJS claim in Elizabeth Hospital happened on February were 94 of hospitalizations files from 296 and on March were 120 of outpatient files from 2971 files. The purpose of this research is to analyze factors causing the lateness of BPJS claim process in Elizabeth hospital Situbondo and determine its solutions. Type of this research is qualitative by using observation, interview and brainstorming to collect data. The result of this research from 7 factors (man, money, material, method, machine, minute, and motivation) which became the cause of the lateness of BPJS claim submission were the staff understanding about BPJS claim exactly in coding needs to improve, no regulation (SOP) from hospital side, no special computer for verifications. The lateness on those results, researcher did brainstorming with claim staffs. The alternative way to solve those problems related to the lateness claim submission were all staffs should join training exactly about coding, proposing SOP making BPJS claim submission, proposing to add 1 unit computer for officer of verification
