The pile is divided into two parts then will be service by the officers. The process resulted in patients who first came not necessarily getting the first service. The purpose of this research to design a queue system with service facilities design (queueing models) according to the registration patients in Jember hospital of pulmonary. The results of this research are: the average value of a patient's arrival was 20 patients/hour; The average value of the departure time (service) patients is 11 patients/hour; Value utility system is 90%; The value of service facilities (system) workless amounted 5.8%; The average patients in the queue is 8,4564 patients/hour and average patients in the system is 10,2564 patients/hour; The average time waiting patient in a queue is 30,762 minutes and the average waiting time for patients in the system is 36,22 minutes. Based on these results, to reduce the waiting time of the patients can be proposed two design of service facilities (queueing models), a design of service facilities (queueing models) is design of service facilities (queueing models) Multi Channel Single Phase (multiple path system, single stage) with the service officers minimum is 3 people and Multi Cahnnel Multi Phase (multiple path system, multiple stage).
