Abstract
Employee productivity is an achievement gained by the employees. Occupational Health and Safety is the material of this research. This research was held in PT. Mangli Djaya Raya Jember. This research was aimed to know (1) The influence of occupational safety and health on PT. Mangli Djaya Raya sorting employee productivity simultaneously and partially, (2) The dominant variable influencing PT. Mangli Djaya Raya sorting employee productivity. The method of collecting data used in this research were obseravation, questionnaire, interview, and study of literature. The amount of respondents used as samples were 75 respondents. The analytical technique used were multiple linear regression, determination analysis, F test, and t test. Using SPSS 21.0 tools for windows can be concluded that (1) Simultaneously, occupational health variable (X1), occupational safety variable (X2) significantly influence the employee productivity. (2) Partially, occupational health variable (X1), occupational safety variable (X2) significantly influence the employee productivity. (3) The dominant variable in influencing the employee productivity (Y) is Occupational Health (X1).
