Abstract

Early 2016 implementation of the SIM Clinik is overall has done at the Clinic dr. Suherman Jember. As benchmark success in the implementation of sim clinic should be created evaluation. The purpose of this research to evaluate the implementation of sim clinic using hot-fit method at the Clinic dr. Suherman Jember. This method put essential component of information system , the human , organization , technology , and net benefits , and conformity relations among others as the best to successful the application of a system. This research is quantitative research with cross sectional approach. The result of evaluation in sim clinic said, on the variables of human with the mean 3,98 included in the category good, variable organization with the mean 4,06 included in the category good, variable technology with the mean 3,85 included in the category good, and variable net bennefit in mean 4,16 included in the category good. The correlation between variables namely, there is a moderate korelation and significant relation between human with organization ( correlation value 0,577 ), there is a strong correlation and significant relation between technology with organization ( correlation value 0,728 ), there is a strong correlation and significant relation between human with technology ( correlation value 0,699 ).
