Abstract
The Influence Of Tax Competence And Training On The Work Achievement Of Jember State Polytechnic Tax Center Volunteers Rahma Rina Wijayanti, S.E., M.Sc., Ak. Irfan Dwiyano Study Program Of Public Sector Accounting Majoring of Business ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze and explain the influence of tax competency and training on the work performance of tax volunteers at the Jember State Polytechnic Tax Center. To make it easier for taxpayers to pay taxes, DJP Regional Office of East Java III collaborates with universities to form a Tax Center which aims to make it easier for taxpayers to pay taxes and can become a learning vehicle for students, namely providing students with knowledge about taxation. This research uses a quantitative method with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. This method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the first batch of Jember State Polytechnic Tax Center tax volunteers or 2023. The results of this research show that tax competence and training have a significant influence on the work performance of Jember State Polytechnic Tax Center tax volunteers.
