Abstract

Mr. Joni's chicken farm, located in Bluto, Sumenep, is a company that sells eggs produced on his farm to the public. Additionally, Mr. Joni provides egg delivery services for customers who purchase in large quantities. In the egg delivery process, it is crucial to find the shortest route to minimize delivery costs and ensure that the eggs remain in a safe condition without damage. However, in the execution of egg deliveries by Mr. Joni, there are several challenges related to determining the shortest routes when delivering eggs to various destinations and selecting routes that are free from damaged roads to prevent losses. To address these challenges, researchers will develop a system called "Implementation of the A-Star Algorithm for Determining the Shortest Egg Delivery Routes Based on the Web." This system will be built by excluding damaged roads from the system's graph, allowing egg suppliers to send their eggs via the shortest route while ensuring safe road conditions.
