Abstract

Bondowoso as a livestock-producing district had 320,188 head of livestock in 2018. This number is a challenge for animal health workers in Bondowoso, so that health services cannot be carried out optimally. This is due to the disproportionate number of animal health workers, namely around 56 people. Bondowoso people usually have difficulty finding veterinarians when they are needed, but usually the veterinarians contacted still provide other services elsewhere. The effect is about 1 livestock died per day. So we need a system that can connect animal health officers with the community, especially animal keepers (breeders/animal health officers). Based on the problems experienced by animal keepers in Bondowoso Regency, the authors conducted research by creating an Information System for Animal Health Workers or what is often referred to as Doctors. Dokternak is an information system to assist animal keepers (livestock/pets) in consulting and seeking information about animal health officers in Bondowoso. In addition, this website can function to find the nearest animal health officer and health center according to the area. In this study the authors used the Scrum method in building an information system. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques to find out what problems were experienced by users. Finally, user validation is carried out to ensure that the solutions that have been created can solve user problems. Bondowoso sebagai kabupaten penghasil ternak memiliki 320.188 ekor ternak pada tahun 2018. Jumlah tersebut menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi tenaga kesehatan hewan di Bondowoso, sehingga pelayanan kesehatan belum dapat dilakukan secara maksimal. Hal itu dikarenakan jumlah tenaga kesehatan hewan yang tidak sebanding, yaitu sekitar 56 orang. Masyarakat Bondowoso biasanya kesulitan mencari tenaga kesehatan hewan saat dibutuhkan, namun biasanya dokter hewan yang dihubungi tetap memberikan pelayanan lain di tempat lain. Efeknya sekitar 1 ternak mati per hari. Sehingga diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat menghubungkan tenaga kesehatan hewan dengan masyarakat khususnya pemelihara hewan (ternak/tenaga kesehatan hewan). Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dialami pemelihara hewan di Bondowoso, sehingga penulis melakukan penelitian dengan membuat sebuah Sistem Informasi Tenaga Kesehatan Hewan atau yang sering dikenal Dokternak. Dokternak merupakan sebuah sistem informasi untuk membantu para pemelihara hewan (ternak/kesayangan) dalam berkonsultasi dan mencari informasi tentang tenaga kesehatan hewan yang ada di Bondowoso. Selain itu website ini dapat berfungsi untuk mengetahui tenaga kesehatan hewan dan pusat kesehatan hewan terdekat sesuai dengan wilayahnya. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode Scrum dalam mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara untuk mengetahui permasalahan apa saja yang dialami oleh pengguna. Terakhir dilakukan validasi kepada pengguna untuk memastikan solusi yang telah dibuat dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan pengguna.
